Sue Moran was a homeless drug addict and street tramp that sought help and refuge at the Tony Alamo Christian Ministries in Hollywood California back in 1970. She was freely supported and helped by the ministry, which tried to rehabilitate her through a Christian lifestyle. Sue could not adapt to a Christian lifestyle and longing for her previous degenerate lifestyle, she soon returned to her life in the streets. Shortly thereafter she became pregnant by an unknown vagabond and again sought refuge and help from the ministry. She told everyone that she woke up one night to find a large black man holding a knife to her throat and she became scared for her life and begged to return to the Church where her illegitimate bastard son, Jason Moran, was born on December 26, 1971.
Sue was indigent and the Church paid all her birth and health care expenses and supported her and her child for many years. In 1975, Sue Moran married a former drug addict that attended the Alamo Christian Church named Bob Balsley, and she became Sue “Moran” Balsley. On March 15, 1976 they had a son born to them named Jared Balsley.
Jason and Jared soon began to follow their mother’s pernicious ways, eventually bringing shame and disgrace upon the whole family. According to sworn notarized testimony dated March 6, 1990, Jason was caught molesting an 8-year-old girl. The little girl’s mother caught Jason fondling and kissing her privates. Jason denied this at first but according to signed and sworn affidavits from his mother, Sue, and his father, Bob, Jason later confessed to this and other perverted acts. Also, according to a sworn affidavit by his mother, Sue Balsley, Jason further exhibited pedophile tendencies when Roger & Carol Suihkonen caught him lying on top of their three-year-old daughter named Penny. Jason’s was later caught window peeping in their neighbor’s house and tried to seduce a young girl named Tina to commit fornication with him. These are just a few of a long string of perverted acts involving the Balsley family, which resulted in them being kicked out of the Church in shame.
The Balsley family then moved to Fresno, CA where they sponged off Peggy Balsley, Bob’s sister, who operated a Domino Pizza franchise. According to Sue Balsley, while her son Jason was still a minor, she allowed him to illegally live with and carry on an incestuous affair with his aunt Peggy, who was twice his age. Sue also said that Jason was heavily involved in drugs and alcohol while he was shacked up with his aunt Peggy. Jason’s aunt Peggy soon found out for herself about the treachery of the Balsley family when Jason stole over $8,000 from her and absconded to avoid prosecution. On December 21, 1992, Peggy filed civil case # C92045326CE in Fresno Superior Court to recover the stolen money from Jason. She obtained a judgment against Jason; however after fleeing to Denver, Colorado, he filed bankruptcy case # 93-16613 SBB in US Bankruptcy Court, District of Colorado, to avoid paying the debt and the outstanding judgment. Peggy Balsley stated in a sworn notarized affidavit in 1994, that while Jason was living with her, he had conspired with the notorious attorney, Peter Georgiades, of the criminal Cult Awareness Network, to give false testimony in Federal Court against Pastor Tony Alamo, after Georgiades promised him money for his lying testimony. Peggy said that Jason was very afraid that it would be discovered he had lied in Court and he would have to go to jail for perjury. Bob and Sue Balsley have also acknowledged Jason’s lies and perjury in sworn and notarized statements. Sue Balsley also stated that Jason even contemplated suicide as a result of his criminal actions.
These criminal and devious acts by the Balsley family soon drove Peggy into irreconcilable debt and on May 20, 1999 she was forced into bankruptcy in case #99-14588-A-13 filed in the Fresno Division of the US Bankruptcy Court. It appears that Peggy lost her business, home and savings as a result of the Balsley family’s actions.
Without Peggy and her Pizza franchise to mooch off any more, the Balsley’s had to find new means to support their perverted lifestyle. Jason, now living in Colorado where he fled to avoid prosecution, got married to a girl named Christine and went to work as a nursing assistant. This didn’t last long, and according to his wife Christine, Jason was soon fired from the Cherry Creek Nursing Center at 14699 E. Hampden Avenue in Aurora, Colorado for “abusing elderly patients”. He not only abused the elderly, but also reportedly followed his mother’s example of infidelity and abandoned his wife Christine and was living in adultery with a prostitute. Jared Balsley was reportedly a gangbanger in Fresno and according to the Mohave County Superior Court, case #S-8015-CR-20049118, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona he required Court monitoring when he moved there due to his gang banger criminal history. Bob and Sue Balsley, unable to make an honest living, started a scurrilous online sales business called One Man’s Treasures at 5361 W. Garland, Fresno CA 93722, which purportedly sells, barters and trades imported trinkets from China, to unsuspecting website customers and BXI & ITEX trade association victims, through fraudulent misrepresentations on their website. A check of the California Secretary of State and the California Franchise Tax Board records show no company filings for their mysterious business.
In further attempts to justify their illicit lifestyle and perversions, the Balsley family joined with several other disgruntled backsliders from the Alamo Christian Church, in a maligning hate campaign against the very ones that had previously tried to rehabilitate them through a Christian life. They now falsely accuse the Pastor and ministers of the Church of the same perverted deeds that caused them to be kicked out of the Church. Their hatred for Christians has caused them to mindlessly work like zombies with anti-Christian criminal cults like the “old” Cult Awareness Network, FACTNet and Wellspring, which have been determined to be organized “hate groups” by the Federal Courts as well as religious freedom groups and religious experts.
Even though the Balsley’s have not attended the Alamo Christian Church for almost two decades they continue to falsely represent themselves as knowledgeable about the Church and are active in posting defamatory maligning misinformation on anti-Christian bulletin boards under various alias’s such as “raining”, “free from TA”, etc. Bob and Sue Balsley are reportedly still residing and struggling to make a living in the Fresno, CA area and it is suspected that Jason and Jared Balsley are back in prison or hiding out to avoid apprehension and prosecution for their perverted, criminal acts.
